Dot is now sold and bound for New Jersey. Congratulations Larry!
Here’s a great 1959 Bugeye that looks fantastic in this delicious color of dark green metallic. The car was the subject of a rotisserie restoration about 5 years and 5000 miles ago and is extremely clean throughout, and ready to enjoy. We call the car “Dot.”
Dot has a strong 948 engine, Weber carburetor, mini light wheels and a performance exhaust with a header. The car sounds great! We’ve just recovered the seats so they are brand new. The prior owner had something in his back pocket and damaged the seat base, so we replaced them, and put in new foam too.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The restorer of this car poured in tons of time and money. Dashboard covering is leather, an example of his commitment to make a superfine Bugeye.
There is no rust anywhere on the car, and the underside is immaculate!
The car comes with a very good top and side curtains. She’s been upgraded with an electronic fuel pump and side mirrors too!
I love this one, it drives great and looks stunning. I am partial to dark green on these cars, I think it looks great on Bugeyes, and this is a high dollar paint job that really shines as you can see in the photos! You’ll have a blast with Dot this summer!
