Bugeye Sprite Rubber Threshold Covers For Sale

For years we have been cleaning the crossmember on cars that come through our shop…they frequently get kicked. Red carpet in particular seems to draw all kinds of foot prints and smudges on the cross members that live in front of the bugeye foot well. So we did something about it, and made an inexpensive threshold rubber cover to keep your carpet clean.

These are made out of the same ribbed rubber we use on our door liners, which match the originals. Bugeyes would have come new with a rubber cross member cover. Those are not available. This is the next best thing.

These covers are designed to be used over carpet. The front edge laps under your floor mat. The rear edge laps under the carpet under the seat pan. No glue is required. If you don’t have carpet in your car, you can still uses these, but some trimming of the rubber and glue may be needed.
