1960 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite for sale-Cosmo

This is a Cosmo, an exceptionally well restored car. He won first place honors at the 2007 national Austin Healey conclave in Burlington, Vermont after an extensive multi-year restoration by a leading British resto shop. Here’s a rare opportunity to own a car that has been lovingly restored to a very high standard.

Cosmo comes with Gerry Coker’s signature on the inner fender, and this video is a tribute to Gerry’s amazing contribution to automotive sculpture. Of course he drew the Bugeye in 1956 for Donald Healey… but he also drew the Austin Healey 100/4 in 1952, the first in a line of so many lovely big healeys. My 100/4 makes a guest appearance in this video, as we celebrate Gerry Coker’s work, and introduce Cosmo for sale.

Cosmo was highlighted in a feature story¬† in Hemmings Sports and Exotic Car Magazine in 2008. You can read the story of the car’s restoration and read about the modifications made to the car by pasting the url link below:
